There is a very useful summary of new features, UDDI Version 3 Features List, at http://www.uddi.org/pubs/uddi_v3_features.htm. It has one minor problem, viz., that its links back to the original specification are all broken.
Every one of these links (apparently--I haven't really checked all of them) contains a fragment (hash mark) identifier that is invalid in the current version of the UDDI specification (http://uddi.org/pubs/uddi_v3.htm). So whenever you click on one of these cross-references, your browser goes to the top of the document instead of to the chapter to which the link is trying to point.
Does anyone know how to report such a problem to the people that maintain these documents?
